      Does this product really work?

      Yes! Our products are proven and work well on all hair types. However, each individual will experience different results. Some customers experience results within 14 days while others experience results in 30 days.

      What are the ingredients?

      Our products are packed with all natural herbs, organic virgin oils and are cruelty free and paraben free. See our product label for detailed ingredients.

      Does Strong Crown 808 hair and scalp feed work for all hair types/textures?

      Yes! Our products work for all hair types 1A – 4C.

      Can your products be used on children?

      Yes! We’ve had customers use it on children starting at 1yrs old. We do recommend you use your own discretion with awareness to individual allergies. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients.

      What shipping services do you use?

      Currently we ship all of our domestic orders with USPS.

      What is your return policy?

      We do not accept returns or exchanges.

      Do you offer discounts?

      Yes, we often have sales and send out promotional offers to those that are subscribed to our mailing list.

      What is the Shipping Process?

      All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Orders placed on weekends or during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead-time of 2-4 business days upon receipt of order. The selected shipping method applies after order has shipped.

      My package was damaged, lost or stolen, what are my options?

      Route Protection is an option that is selected at checkout. This will insure your purchase with them. You will receive an email directly from Route Protection that will explain their claims process. Strong Crown is not responsible for any loss, stolen or damaged packages.
